Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Hill Fenstermaker is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in its workplace.  Our firm values the representation and participation of different groups of individuals, including people of different ages, races and ethnicities, abilities and disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientations. We understand that our firm can best serve the interests of our clients and our community when we engage new perspectives from a diverse group of people. Ultimately, we strive daily to build a culture where everyone feels welcome, valued and encouraged to contribute.

Hill Fenstermaker has several diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives aimed to further our goals of building such a culture. We actively seek to utilize small, diverse busines vendors, which are minority owned. We have also partnered with a program of social workers to offer part-time employment to disabled persons. Although we are proud of efforts in which our firm has engaged, we are continually looking for new ways to promote diversity and expand our efforts in this important area.

Prior to starting the firm, Attorney Fenstermaker was the chairperson of the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Committee at a midsized law firm in Denver, Colorado, where he oversaw a Colorado Bar Association pilot program initiative aimed at engaging under-represented populations. Attorney Fenstermaker is actively working to develop those same policy goals at our new firm.
