Congratulations Adam Fenstermaker and Neil Wenner on a big trial victory!

They successfully achieved a defense verdict following a 6 day jury trial in Lehigh County. The Defendant, a gastroenterology practice, allegedly failed to manage a 40 year old patient's liver disease, which resulted in an upper GI bleed and catastrophic brain injury. The plaintiff introduced nearly $8 million dollars in economic damages in evidence. The jury rendered a verdict for the GI practice, with a finding of no negligence.

Tough case, but we are happy that the jury reached the right result. A special thanks to everyone from the firm who helped with this case at each stage of litigation, including Adam, Neil, Tara Weitz, Heather Misero, and Jeanine Thomas.

Great team win everyone!!!

To celebrate Black History Month, Hill Fenstermaker's DEI Committee encouraged our firm to participate in the American Red Cross Blood Drive.

Diversity in donation is important for improved patient outcomes, as rare and uncommon blood types are often found in similar ethnic populations. In short, a more ethnically diverse donor base will save more lives. Be a diversity champion and donate blood today.

Our firm's DEI Committee is chaired by Attorney Julisa A. Medina. The DEI Committee was created to improve diversity among the firm's lawyers and staff, foster an inclusive work environment, and improve the quality of every employee's work experience. We believe embracing different perspectives, experiences, identities, and cultures is what makes us a stronger firm. Diversity enhances our ability to better partner with our clients by providing creative and effective solutions.
