John Hill is a recognized leader in medical malpractice defense and healthcare law, who has taken more than 120 jury trials to verdict during his 30-year career.  Few if any civil attorneys can boast such robust trial experience in representing healthcare professionals and organizations. He has successfully defended healthcare professionals across a broad spectrum of specialties, including hospitals, medical doctors, surgeons, podiatrists, chiropractors, nurses, and nursing and rehabilitation centers through of litigation in medical malpractice claims. Apart from his litigation practice, Attorney Hill also has an extensive practice representing physicians in disciplinary actions and investigations by the Commonwealth’s Licensing Boards including the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, the Pennsylvania Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation and Administrative Agencies.

Adam Fenstermaker boasts nearly a decade of medical malpractice professional liability litigation experience, including successfully defending healthcare providers at trial and binding arbitration. Attorney Fenstermaker has substantial experience defending hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice matters, often involving catastrophic injury or death. Attorney Fenstermaker has also engaged in substantial appellate practice, having successfully briefed and argued complex legal issues of first impression in front of Pennsylvania appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Julisa Medina has provided counsel and representation to clients across several areas of law. In addition to extensive experience in discovery, document preparation, and depositions, she has successfully prepared and argued motions, pleadings, and briefs in New York and Pennsylvania.

Neil E. Wenner, Esquire

Neil Wenner boasts nearly 40 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation. During his career, he has successfully represented medical professionals and hospitals in Pennsylvania, defending them in complex medical negligence matters. Few medical malpractice defense attorneys have Neil's trial experience, having taken countless cases to verdict in state and federal courts. Neil earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and served in the United States Air Force. Within the legal community, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County.
