Appellate Victory!

Congratulations John Hill, for his victory in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hill successfully represented a hospital in Federal Court, which had been accused of medical malpractice, discrimination, deprivation of rights under §1983 and violating EMTALA. On appeal, the Third Circuit affirmed the trial court's decision to dismiss the matter on summary judgment.
