Congratulations John Hill and Adam Fenstermaker on a HUGE trial victory in Philadelphia!
John and Adam successfully achieved a defense verdict for a dentist following a two-week jury trial in Philadelphia County. The defendant dentist caused extensive nerve injury to the patient during a complex wisdom tooth extraction in which the dentist allegedly utilized a novel technique. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of the dentist, with a finding that the dentist was not negligent.
