Hill & Associates is pleased to announce that Attorney John Hill and Attorney Julisa Medina have successfully achieved a defense verdict following a week-long jury trial in Lehigh County, PA. The Defendant, an ophthalmologist, allegedly was negligent while performing a cataract surgery, resulting in permanent loss of vision in the left eye of a 55-year-old patient. The jury rendered a verdict for the doctor, with a finding of no negligence.
