Defense Verdict!

Congratulations Adam Fenstermaker on a big trial victory!

He successfully achieved a defense verdict for a small community hospital following an 8 day jury trial in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The defendant hospital allegedly failed to appropriately diagnose and treat a 9 year old boy's torsed testicle, resulting in the loss of the organ. The jury rendered a verdict in favor the hospital, with a finding that the hospital's emergency department doctor and radiologist acted appropriately and met the standards of care. Attorney Fenstermaker also was able to have the direct claims against the hospital dismissed halfway through trial by nonsuit. 

This was our firm's third trial victory of the year, and the third consecutive year where our firm has posted a perfect, undefeated trial record in cases taken to verdict.

New Managing Partner

We are excited to announce that Attorney Adam Fenstermaker is filling the newly minted role of Managing Partner. 

As our firm continues to expand, develop new business and add personnel, we understand that it is important to structure our firm in a way that can adequately manage this growth. Creating the role of Managing Partner was critical to continuing our firm's meteoric success.

Defense Verdict!

Congratulations Adam Fenstermaker and Julisa A. Medina on a big trial victory!

They successfully achieved a defense verdict following a 5 day jury trial in Pennsylvania State Court. The Defendants, two gastroenterologists, allegedly failed to appropriately plan for and perform a colonoscopy, during which the patient tragically died. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of our clients, with a finding that both gastroenterologists acted appropriately and met the standards of care. The jury did find for the plaintiff against two Co-Defendant healthcare providers in the amount of $2.5 million.
