Mental Health Awareness Month --- May 2024 Step Challenge

Mental health is extremely important and very often overlooked. This month raises awareness of and reduce the stigma of behavioral health issues by acknowledging, accepting, and addressing the challenges faced by millions of Americans living with mental health conditions.

Our firm will be “competing” in an interoffice step challenge. The goal is to get up and moving and be a little more active than you were before. The link between physical health and mental health is paramount, being active releases chemicals in your brain that make you feel good - boosting your self-esteem and helping you concentrate as well as sleep well and feel better.
